FAQ

1.1 Participants must be 18 years or older and residents of South Africa.

1.2 By entering, participants agree to these rules and regulations.

1.3 Employees, affiliates, or associates of Singsation SADEC and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2.1 Each donation of R50 qualify for one entry into the lucky draw.

2.2 Multiple donations are allowed, with each donation providing an additional entry into the draw.

2.3 All entries must be submitted by OCTOBER 30th 2024. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

2.4 Draw date dependable on target reached.

3.1 Participants acknowledge that the funds raised through this campaign will be used for the intended purposes of Setting up Singsastion SADEC and our GLOBAL FRANCHISE.

3.2 Singsation SADEC reserves the right to allocate the funds in accordance with the objectives of the campaign.

4.1 Singsation SADEC reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign or these rules without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

4.2 Any disputes arising in connection with the campaign will be resolved at the sole discretion of Singsation SADEC.

4.3 By participating in the campaign, participants consent to the use of their names and likenesses in promotional material without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

5.1 Singsation SADEC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the participation in this campaign.

5.2 Participants enter the draw at their own risk and understand that participation does not guarantee winning a prize.

6.1 Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the draw and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
